Dear Julie, 

After retirement, I lived in an apartment for many years before I contacted you about buying a home.  At age 65, two major issues guided me:  one, a very nice house that would not become a "money pit."  And two, I had to purchase a home in which monthly expenses ? mortgage, taxes, insurance, and utilities ? would be within my current retirement income.  I gave you these parameters, as well as preferred location, size, approximate description, landscaping desires, and nature of neighborhood.  And of course, you knew I wanted the "most bang for my buck." 

I have an idea of the time and energy you spent on my behalf, emailing me numerous descriptions and photos that all fit my needs completely.  After I narrowed my choices to a half dozen or so, you drove me to each one for a thorough inspection and even offered to show more than I was willing to see.  Your enthusiasm for getting me exactly what I wanted was a joy.  And you sharing your experience was an education that I certainly welcomed and needed.   

Obviously, I bought the house I´d hoped for because it you made sure it fit all my requirements.  And the very fair purchase price you negotiated was also a nice surprise.  Julie, you are a first rate professional and a very pleasant lady.  I shall recommend your services to anyone I encounter who is thinking of buying a house.
