Every effort is made to accomodate customers seeking emergency, after hours and holiday computer support.
Most of our competitors offer no emergency, holiday or after hour response. The rates indicated below are carefully set to insure our employees receive fair compensation for overtime and on-call labor. Our prices are carefully compared and set and are non-negotiable.
Regular priced appts are scheduled to begin between 8am - 330pm M-Th, they are scheduled to begin between 11am - 330pm Fri-Sat. Appointments requested to begin between 4pm-9pm will be available on a limited basis and will be charged at 1.5 times our normal rates. Appts requested to begin between 9pm and normal opening time will be available on a limited basis and will be charged double our normal rates. Sunday appts are available at 1.5 times our normal rates
Every effort will be made to accomodate customers with emergencies. These are typically customers needing immediate response (either during normal office hours or after hours) If we have an appt available you will be quoted our normal rate for a quick response service call. If an off duty technician must be sent to your location we will inform you of the option and the service call will be quoted at double our normal rates.
Holiday Computer Support
Support during festive holidays is available on a limited basis. Out of respect for our employees, a limited amount of service calls are available from 7am-10am during certain times late November, December and early January. These service calls will be quoted at double our normal rates.
